Introducing the AB-X1 & AB-X2:

AB-X1 is a large standalone single-wheel auto blaster weighing approx. 1750Kgs and has bi-directional rotation with forward and reverse blasting action via a powerful inverter driven 11kW motor to really reach the areas where others can’t in amazingly short process times

User interface is though a comprehensive customisable HMI Screen whereby the customer can set-up and save numerous blast-curve profiles for various types of steel and alloy

Dust extraction is via a separate standalone heavy-duty reverse-jet pulse cartridge filter meeting the requirements of HSG-258

Removal of collected dust is via an easy-access drawer located at the base of the LEV Unit

Massively built using an internal lining of Hardox plates, the AB-X1 is built to give years of service without wearing through the main cabinet

Employs CR-40, a harder and heavier type blast media over S110 that works faster at lower speeds

AB-X2 is the smaller brother to the X1 but has all of the same physical attributes and battleship build quality

Designed for smaller workshops requiring a lower volume throughput, it has a similar frame and stature but a smaller motor at 7.5kW

The X1 is available for viewing and demonstration at multiple locations whilst the X2 is available to view and demo in the West Midlands, London and Philadelphia, (USA)
