Since 2024, RI Wheel Systems has embarked on a deep journey into the root-cause of many reported stripping system failures at customers using competitors products and with the overall goal of engineering out some of the ‘black art’ surrounding the industry

The nett results of this project resulted in:

A brand-new design and method of constant filtering to suit water-based hot stripping processes.

Multiple on-site trials to determine the ideal running parameters and process control.

The introduction of the revised ETS Filtration Unit designed to clean and neutralise chemical contaminated rinse water to assist environmental discharge compliance.

The CFS & ETS family of exclusive products can be added on to any new or existing water-based hot stripping system as an option.
