Our academy is a unique service to this Industry, and again a first by RIWS Ltd, providing the following, ‘on-site’, certified training services: -

One to one Staff training now comes to YOU!!  WHY would you want to go anywhere else than your very own System for training as this is just an additional cost to your business and your staff have to stay away from their base/home location!!

Your newly employed inexperienced, or indeed zero experience staff can be very easily trained in the art of allow wheel remanufacturing within your own facility.  Using well known observational learning techniques, interspersed with careful application of theory and practice, the so called, ‘dark arts’, of this business can be opened up to all!

RIWSAcademy Technicians can train anybody involved in a wheel business in how to use and employ the required equipment and systems necessary for alloy wheel manufacturing and to a very high quality standard.  Training will always be handled in a safe, efficient and quality conscious manner at all times, thus adding value to your business through employee interest, practical skill and knowledge.  Individual machine/system qualification via assessed staff competence and skills matrix certification will ensure high first time right rates will be the priority, whilst also learning how potential reject/rework issues are managed efficiently in order to meet customer expectations.
