A larger Conveyorised System, but still with dual conjoined Ovens, Heat Exchanger, ‘signature’, upgrade to the Lacquer Oven, and balanced filtered fresh air input to the Booths. Pretty much a no compromise System, well thought out by the MD, Adam. Again, Premier had been using a dual Box Oven and Water Wash Booth type Enclosure System for many Years.

However, and as always, long working hours as a result of the inherent inefficiencies within the very core DNA of this compromised design, resulting in many hand movements in and out of the Oven, was forcing the business to look for a fresh solution to an age old problem! Up to 25 to 30 wheels a day, yes no problem, it can be relaxed, but pushing over 45 to 50 is crippling, just ask Adam the owner!! As it stands today, the same quantity of wheels are being coated to a higher visual standard, but in much less time, allowing the business to organically grow, seeking new customers around the local area!
