GT Alloys

GT Alloys was a slightly larger version of the system, as installed, at BA Wheels, Norwich, only having a slightly larger footprint due to more space being available to build into! This System did however have a, ‘signature’, option, comprising our patent pending in house designed air to air Heat Exchanger installed upon the Lacquer Oven, responsible for ensuring a very clean Curing Oven environment and also an extremely linear and accurate heat up rate. This provides for OE quality clarity, flow and levelling of any fit for purpose GMA Acrylic Powder Lacquer, (as specified by virtually ALL OE Manufacturer’s as the original lacquer of choice for alloy wheels).

Again, a full Turnkey Project, inclusive of all site Mains Services, (Power, Gas, Air, Water), with procurement and installation to commission of all equipment that is generally required. Tyre Change and Balance from Hunter, CNC from TryAx, Coating Equipment from SATA and Wagner.
