After lengthy conversations with Mr. Manninder SIngh Bansal and Mr. Jeffrey Rush, the joint owners of Jaytee’s Paints, Mr. Bansal, owner of AWRUK Ltd, placed an order for a small conveyorised Alloy Wheel Coating System, at well under £100K, installed and commissioned.

We were quite pleased to receive this order, as Mr. Bansal negotiated hard and cast his net across a fair number of System Houses, who had over the Years installed one or two Alloy Wheel Plants in their historic portfolio! Although having a lot of the more luxurious elements of our main and preferred, ‘signature’, Systems removed, and in order to meet the very keen budgetary restraints as laid out, this System does produce a good alloy wheel, and has been widely praised by the owner of the business at every opportunity, (in fact, when caught off guard, he has occasionally been known to claim it was all his own work, tongue in cheek of course).

This System now resides at the new AWRUK site, having been removed and reinstalled by Mr. Peter Wilson and Mr. Aaron Courtney, (as we were too busy on two concurrent installs, unfortunately). Mr. Bansal did insist on some changes to the System though, slightly adjusting the conveyor layout, (due to the new unrestricted space the second site offered), and powder coating the conveyor profile lime green to match his revised business branding and livery! These Projects were successfully managed, ‘in house’, clearly demonstrating how easy this type and style of System is to relocate without issue, (only took 10 days)!
