Ovens & Booths (with or without Encloures)

  • From well designed, thermally efficient Box Ovens with complementary Water Wash Booths, (with or without Enclosures), all the way up to a 250 wheel per hour virtual OE fully automated Powder Coating and Liquid Coating System! RIWS has the experience, resource and capability to deliver!
  • ANY size Box Oven, (largest so far is 550m3), with single doors, double doors, doors each end or to suit your individual bespoke requirements for the intended location and process!
  • Gas, (natural or LPG), OR, electric heat input options available, both direct and indirect, (through a heat exchanger), if required!
  • Modular construction, can be sent to site as a complete flat packed kit, with an Installation Team to follow on and build to commission, (best for installation in tight spaces or where access is restricted as most components will fit through a standard personnel door)!
  • Alternatively, can be delivered ready built on a skid!
  • No size limit, from 1m3 No width and depth limits and up to 14m in height if required!
  • Choice of Burner, on/off, hi-lo or modulating ECO Burner for high end applications or on larger Ovens!
  • Temperature range from 60 to 500 degrees centigrade possible, AND by using a single burner in all cases!
  • Bespoke Control System, all internally designed and manufactured using high end electrical switchgear!
  • Optional upgrade to HMI touchscreen if required!
  • User adjustable Process Timer and audio visual indicator as standard fit!
  • ALL Ovens are easy to make larger in future should the need arise, as they are built to a modular format using click in place firewall panels!
  • ALL Ovens are easy to relocate, (should the need arise), and other than replacing the insulation material and some foil sheet in the roof section, there are no additional material costs to consider!  Also, it’s rapid!  Depending on the original size and design, for example, a 2.4 x 3.3 x 2.1, (H, W, D), Box Oven with a single door would only take two days to move with two Technicians!  If originally supplied on a skid, this would be 1 day with the correct lifting equipment readily available!
