RIWSLite-X Systems are available in 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24 and 32+ model variants as of January 2020. The new MICROLite-X-6 starts with a footprint of just 24sq.m, the smallest conveyorised System we know of!
ALL Lite Systems can be expanded at a later point in time as they are modular in design using new highly energy efficient technology. This ensures that you can invest your money wisely, and as the business expands to a critical mass, enlarge the System over a 4/5 day long weekend without disposing of any existing materials. The System grows with you, and as your business grows, and to suit your budget!
Using what they have available is unfortunately not good enough. Vehicle coatings are not suitable for alloy wheels, otherwise, they would be coming out of the same production lines wouldn’t they? No alloy wheel manufacturer uses an all liquid system any longer. Initially, yes, it seems logical to provide customers with an in-house solution requiring little investment as the equipment employed to cater for accident repair is capable of providing for a cosmetic or smart repair type finish. Main issues are longevity, UV resistance, fading, colour matching, adhesion, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, the ability to put a tyre on straight after coating and curing, SOUND FAMILIAR? OE alloy wheels are powder coat primed and lacquered for a reason, ticking the box of ALL wet on wet issues. Why tie up highly trained staff and vehicle repair systems that should be contributing to the vehicle repair turnover, when an RIWSLite System is both affordable, cost effective and readily available?
A bulletproof in-house solution, tried and tested over and over again.
